These beautiful new 17′ cottages sleep 4 comfortably with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds and a 7′ front porch complete with a 4 seat outdoor dining area, a charcoal grill and fire ring. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, microwave, 4.5 cubic foot refrigerator and a coffee maker. Bathroom includes a shower tub, sink , toilet and a 28 gallon hot water heater. Most importantly: these cottages have air conditioning, heat, and a 32″ television.. Perfect for family and friends! Your family dog is welcome as well. #tinyhouseliving
