Campground Update 04.01.20

Holly Shores Camping Resort

Coronavirus (COVID-19) LATEST UPDATE

April 1, 2020

Holly Shores shares the view that this crisis has been a situation out of everyone’s control, an “act of God,” if you will, and we are grateful for the understanding and patience of all of our camping family as we navigate these uncharted waters together.

Holly Shores Camping Resort is respectfully complying with the Executive Order #108 by Governor Phil Murphy dated March 31, 2020 which states that “all recreational or vacationing activities at campgrounds must cease until further notice.”

The Holly Shores team remains optimistic about opening for a great 2020 season; however, it is critically important for all of us, staff and campers, to adhere to and follow all directives from the federal, state and local agencies.  Management consistently monitors all CDC, federal, state and local updates to remain informed and has appropriate procedures in place for social distancing, cleaning and disinfecting of all communal areas and cabin rentals as well as safe and healthy work guidelines for all staff.

Although the front gate and office remain closed for person to person contact until further notice in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines, the staff is available by phone, email and fax to take reservations and assist with questions.  You may also access the BOOK NOW button on the website to make your reservations online.

We know that during a time like this, rumors can cause confusion, so we are requesting that any inquiries you may have be directed to the reservation office for official information regarding our plan.  Get the info directly from the horse’s mouth!!  Staff is available to answer any questions.

As a general reminder, please be sure to take care of yourselves and your loved ones.  Follow the recommended guidelines of the CDC as well as your state and local health departments.  Social distancing is an important tool in this fight as well as monitoring your individual health cues – addressing any potential symptoms as recommended.
