CABIN/ COTTAGE RENTAL CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 PM TO 10:30 PM.
NO CHECK-INS AFTER 10:30PM
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM.
DEPOSITS: We require a 50% reservation fee (of dollar amount for length of stay). If reservation is over 1 week the reservation amount must be paid in full at time of reservation booking. All cottage rentals require a $250.00 cash security deposit at check in. No checks or credit cards accepted for this deposit.
We
accept Visa, Master Card, travelers checks & cash as payment upon arrival.
Personal checks are accepted as deposits only if received 2 weeks in advance
of arrival. There is a $35 Service fee on all returned checks. Deposits must be received
at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Sites & cottage rentals are
assigned on a first deposit received basis. Reservations are confirmed after
deposit is received. Pet friendly cabins S34 & S91 require a $25 pet fee per stay. Only one pet aloud in cabin. No cats permitted.
CABIN/ COTTAGE CANCELLATION POLICY : A four weeks notice is required for a refund of your deposit less a one night stay fee. Any cancellations made less than 28 days prior to arrival date shall receive no refunds or credits. No smoking or pets in the rental units. If a pet is found in your rental you will forfeit your security deposit. There are no refunds or credits for early departures. Pet only permitted in designated pet friendly cabins S34 & S91. Only 1 dog in cabin rental. No cats permitted
