Site Requests:We cannot guarantee specific sites. If available a soecific site may be requested on a 7 night or longer stay. However, due to turnover, date changes and illness, we cannot guarantee requests. Those arriving early should not expect the park staff to relocate another camper's site assignment because that camper has not yet arrived. No alcoholic beverages permitted. All guests must register prior to entering the campground.

Site Reservations: Minimum stay required at times.We cannot hold any site without a deposit, and require a one night deposit of $100.00 deposit for each week. Reservations 2 weeks or longer require a 100% deposit of site total. Deposits must be received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable unless notified 2 weeks in advance less an administrative charge of $20. No refund if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date, but entitled to a Holly Shores Credit for future stay. A 7 night minimum stay required in July & August & 3 night minimum over holidays. Sites & cottage rentals are assigned on a first deposit received basis. Reservation confirmed after deposit is received.


Refunds: No refunds if cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance. All Refunds are subject to a $30 administrative charge.

Reservation Cancellations: Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to discomfort or acts of nature or otherwise.

Checks: Personal checks are accepted as a deposit ONLY if received 2 weeks in advance. Personal checks are NOT ACCEPTED at time of registration. $35.00 Service fee on all returned checks.

Visitors/Guests: ALL visitors must register at the office and pay the visitor fee before entering the campground.

Cabin, Park Model, & Trailer Rental Reservations: Cottage Rentals require a 50% (of dollar amount for length of stay) deposit. A$250 refundable cash security deposit is also required at check-in. A 4 week cancellation notice, before scheduled arrival date, is required for a refund of your deposit less 1 night rental fee. No refunds if less than 4 week notice given. A 1 week minimum required notice (in-season;July & August), unless shorter stays available. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING IN RENTALS. If a pet is found in your rental unit you will forfeit your security deposit.


Cabin,Park Model, & Trailer Rental Cancellations: Cottage check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. No check-ins after 10:30pm. No refunds if cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to scheduled arrival. If cancelled more than 4 weeks before scheduled arrival, receive a refund less one night stay fee.
There are no refunds or credits for early departures.

Pet Friendly Cabins (Select Cabins Only): The pet friendly cabin rentals S34 & S91 require a $25.00 pet fee per stay. Only 1 dog permitted in cabin. Sorry, no cats permitted in rentals.

Reservation Changes:If it is a change in dates only (not length of stay), no charge if change is made at least 14 days prior to reservation date. If a change is made in length of stay, there is no charge if length of stay is extended. However, if a reservation stay is shortened, the change must be made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date or no refund on unused days. No shortening of stay permitted in July & August.
Failure to arrive by noon of the day following your scheduled date of arrival will result in cancellation of reservation with no refund or credit for NO Show.
